Wine is at the heart of MINE/WINE.

Our list brings together wines we genuinely like, including bottles from winemakers we know personally. The collection combines celebrated estates, rare vintages, emerging winemakers, and outstanding natural and biodynamic wines.

The list is arranged by style, country, region, and grape variety, making it easy to navigate. We serve wines at the right temperature, in elegant glassware, and pour them at the table. Coravin allows us to offer rare wines by the glass, including selected grands crus from Domaine de la Romanée-Conti—an exceptionally rare opportunity worldwide.

In 2025, we held our first dinner dedicated to Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, bringing together fifty guests and fifty bottles, with every guest tasting seven wines from the Domaine. The dinner returns in September 2026 for a second year.

Our friendships with producers continue through NATIVA, our Family Recipes Festival. The wine list has received Wine Spectator’s Best of Award of Excellence and three stars from The World of Fine Wine, and is featured in Star Wine List, the MICHELIN Guide, and the Coravin Guide.
