In accordance with the requirements of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG), we will collect, process and store your personal data solely for the purpose of handling inquiries and, where applicable, for processing orders or contracts. Any use of your data for further purposes is subject to your express consent. Section 13 (1) TMG requires every service provider to designate a controller. The controller within the meaning of data protection law at our company is:
AM Restaurants GmbH
GF Herr Mikhail Mnatsakanov

2. Collection of Personal Data
Your personal data enjoys special protection, and compliance with all statutory requirements is important to us. Personal data means individual details about the personal or material circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person, that is to say in particular a person's name, address, date of birth, and also telephone or fax number. To guarantee you the greatest possible protection under the applicable statutory provisions, we inform you below about the data that we collect during your visit to our website. Where any use is made of the data collected, this is likewise set out below.
3. Collection and Use of Data
Some of your data is collected because you provide it to us. This may, for example, be data you enter into a contact form. Other data is collected automatically by our IT systems when you visit the website. This is mainly technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system, or the time the page was accessed). This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter our website.
The following data is stored: IP address, the website from which the file was accessed, the name of the file, the date and time of access, the amount of data transferred, a message indicating whether the access was successful (the so-called weblog). This data is used exclusively in anonymised form for statistical purposes.
Use of the data collected: should you enter data in the course of a contact or order form on our homepage, or should such data otherwise be collected in the context of such a form, we will use this data only for processing the inquiries that reach us via the form. This data will be deleted within a period of 6 months after processing, unless further retention obligations apply. The data collected from you will only be passed on to third parties by us in order to fulfil our contractual obligations and to ensure a smooth process, in particular for the execution of a concluded contract (e.g. passing on your name and address to a delivery service), where this is necessary or where the storage of such data is required for other legal reasons. The data is stored only for the purpose you indicate when entering the data and is used only to the extent that you have consented to that purpose. Storage takes place only for the time necessary to fulfil our contractual obligations or the intended purpose, or as required by law. The use of data for the execution of a concluded contract in the sense described above is also necessary where, in order to safeguard our legitimate interests, a credit check may be obtained. Such a credit check requires the transmission of personal data to third parties and provides information on the probability of a payment default. It may include probability values that are calculated on a scientific basis and whose calculation is based, among other things, on address data. These probability values are referred to as score values. Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties for purposes beyond those listed in this section, "2. Use of the data collected," except for the stated purposes of credit checking, contract processing and payment processing. You are entitled, with respect to all bodies that collect data in order to provide credit information, to obtain information about the data concerning you that is stored.

7. Protection and Right to Information
Your personal data is stored in such a way that, within the bounds of what is technically and economically feasible, it is not accessible to third parties. When communicating by email, we cannot guarantee complete data security and confidentiality. The BDSG grants you the right to obtain, free of charge, information about your stored data, as well as, where applicable, a right to rectification, blocking or deletion of this data.
