A graduate of the FERRANDI School of Gastronomy in Paris, Mikhail brings nearly a decade of experience leading fine dining concepts in Berlin. As Managing Partner of Mine Berlin, he oversees every detail - with a host's heart and a restaurateur's precision.

Artem Dovlatian

Head Chef & Restaurant Manager

Artem has been MINE's vital pulse since inception, bridging the first flagship restaurant with the Mnatsakanov family to our Berlin establishment. Paris-trained at Ferrandi, his refined command harmonizes kitchen precision with front-of-house finesse.

Dmitriy Khurtasenko

Sommelier

With experience in projects like Mine Wine Berlin, and exposure to world exhibitions such as ProWein, Vinitaly, and Paris Wine, he builds deep connections with winemakers across the globe, creating a living bridge between vineyard and guest.

Simone Gobbi

Culinary Director – Italian Cuisine

Originally from Emilia-Romagna, Simone brings global experience and a profound understanding of Italian gastronomy, refined through years in renowned kitchens worldwide.
